Returns & Exchanges

All Erä Outfitters products are printed on demand, made specifically for you when you place your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at shop@eraoutfitters.com within 25 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. If the error is on our end, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Size Exchanges We get it, sizing can be tricky. We offer one complimentary size exchange per customer, per year, on eligible apparel items. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 25 days of delivery
  • The item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Limit one exchange per customer per calendar year

Email shop@eraoutfitters.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll take care of the rest.

Change of Mind: Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or size issues beyond our Size Exchange policy. If you're not sure what size to order, reach out!

Lost in Transit If your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 25 days of that date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the reshipment cost.
